Storage Requirements

General storage is for the winter months and is based on these conditions (which are subject to change without notice).

  • A deposit is required to reserve a spot, the remaining storage balance is due in full when unit is dropped off.

  • All units must be on a trailer.

  • All trailers must have serviceable tongue jacks and in the event your trailer does not, one will be installed and billed to the customer at a fee of $100.

  • Tall Timber Lodge is not responsible for winterizing of the unit.

  • Units are not available for pickup prior to May 1st unless arrangements have been made. Additional fees may be added for early pickup.

  • Unit must be picked up by May 31st of the following year.

  • Minimum 5 days notice is required prior to pick up.

Tall Timber Lodge Ltd. cannot be held liable for any loss due to vandalism, fire or theft and that the unit is not insured by Tall Timber Lodge Ltd.
